Part of the Bourne Capital estate, Capital Tower provides office space in the heart of Waterloo. PLD were tasked with designing and delivering proposals for the refurbishment of the reception, landlord, staff amenity, meeting and end of trip spaces within the building.

The design adopts sustainable and circular design principles, refurbishing and recycling where possible to minimise replacement, improving the space with mood enhancing biophilic design and high quality, robust furniture and fittings.
