PLD were appointed to refurbish workspaces in an existing building in Waterloo. Part of the Local London portfolio, Mercury House sits on Waterloo Road overlooking Emma Cons Gardens and the Old Vic Theatre. Rather than re-build the client is choosing to renovate and re-purpose to further extend the life of the existing building.

The design enhances the existing interiors with high end and high quality, finishes, furniture and fittings. The proposals include reception, landlord, workspace, staff amenity spaces.
