30 North Colonnade is situated in a prominent position in Canary Wharf, located immediately next to the Elizabeth line station. The building offers Grade A office totalling 340,000 sqft over 20 levels.

PLD are working with the client team and letting agents CBRE to re-design and rejuvenate the existing building to attract a new generation of tenants.

The designs include a high-end, hospitality led welcome experience with high quality furnishing and bespoke joinery. The focal point of any office building the reception is activated with a cafe space, lounge and waiting areas, working and meeting spaces and recreational space for both visitors and tenants.
