Space Dressing
First impressions count. Understanding the importance of this, Paola Leon Design created a series of spaces, across the front of house and back of house areas, ensuring the visitor not only feels welcome but that they get an immediate understanding of the quality, vibrance and brand that the wider building - and tenants - are offering.

The reception acts as the staging area of a building. Here warm concrete tones were combined with greenery, soft furnishing and artwork to create a fresh modern aesthetic. Around the corner the colourful, striking lift lobby leads to the upper floors.

Lift lobbies on the upper floors act as an arrival space. Paola Leon Design aimed to offer a calming environment with smooth concrete flooring, minimalist timber panelled walls and gently rippling mirrored ceilings.

Equal attention was given to the landlord, tenant and visitor facilities including showers, changing and cycle storage, located in the basement of the building.
